Shipping Update #6

Hello Backers!
Amanda (my wife) and I had a very busy day! She's been letting me take over the spare bedroom to manufacture and ship all of the games and lending a helping hand, so she deserves a lot of credit!
Here is part of our setup, notice some of the shipments under the table:
Shipping materials far left, Shipments under the table, games and such on the right! That DYMO is a life saver!
We managed to package and print shipping labels for 178 pledges today:
A lot of packages in boxes and stacked...running out of room!
Unfortunately we don't have the means to transport this many packages ourselves. We have scheduled a pick-up on Tuesday (which will likely include the games we make on Sunday and Monday). Once picked up we will send out the tracking numbers.
Due to the pricing of international shipments and the much longer journey (which requires more carefully packed boxes) we decided to fulfill all domestic packages first and then will fulfill international, though the delay in shipment will likely only be a day or two, so don't worry!
There are still a handful of you who haven't completed surveys or have card errors on BackerKit. If I were you I would get your pledges sorted out, that is if you want your games.

I'm a day early but for good reason...WE ARE STARTING THE SHIPPING PROCESS THIS WEEKEND!!!
MANUFACTURING UPDATE - Well, everything is complete, but it still feels good to list everything!
-100% of the Basic Edition tins are COMPLETE!
-100% of the DEFCON Edition tins are COMPLETE!
-100% ELITE Editions are COMPLETE!
-100% of the Lenticular score trackers and cubes are COMPLETE!
-100% of the Ceramic Token add-ons are COMPLETE!
-100% of the Elements tins are COMPLETE!
-100% of the Brace for Impact! tins are COMPLETE!
SHIPPING UPDATE - FINALLY!!!
All of the shipping materials (yards of tape, rolls of packing paper, hundreds of boxes and a pile of rubber bands) have arrived! I am setting up the thermal printer tonight to give myself adequate troubleshooting time to start packing and shipping pledges on Saturday! This means we will be locking addresses Friday night.
ADDRESSES WILL BE LOCKED FRIDAY NIGHT - Make sure you make changes if necessary ASAP!!!

Hello Backers,
I know it's only been one week since the last update, but I felt sending an update would be worthwhile.
METAL COMPONENTS FOR ELITE EDITION
We have all metal meeples accounted for! Dice are still a ways away from arriving. I am hoping the 30-day estimate I was provided still holds.
We were able to complete 17 copies of the ELITE edition (that's all the dice they send us from existing stock).
MANUFACTURING UPDATE
-100% of the Basic Edition tins are COMPLETE!
-100% of the DEFCON Edition tins are COMPLETE!
-100% of the Lenticular score trackers and cubes are COMPLETE!
-100% of the Ceramic Token add-ons are COMPLETE!
-100% of the Elements tins are COMPLETE!
-100% of the Brace for Impact! tins are COMPLETE!
-54% ELITE Editions have been built!
SHIPPING UPDATE
Even though our supplier estimated the dice would be in in about 30 days, I am not optimistic they will be in in about 30 days. Given all of the games have been made and are just sitting around, as much as I want to be fair to every backer, we have decided we are going to start shipping games once the original 30 day estimate for dice arrival expires (2nd to 3rd week of August). This extra bit of time will allow us to purchase the proper shipping materials to best optimize postage (we needed all of the game types made for proper weight and space requirements). I hope all of you ELITE edition backers understand the dilemma. There are 31 of you and 450 other backers. We will make it up to you! Hopefully the dice will come in and it wont matter!

Another 2 weeks have passed! Below are some new updates.
