Another Real-time Mint Tin game?
over 3 years ago – Tue, Oct 27, 2020 at 03:34:10 PM

Hello Backers!

It's been quite some time since our last update. Typically I wouldn't send one this far out, but we have a new campaign (launched on a new platform) that is in the same awesome Mint Tin genre that launched today! We thought you might want to hear about it!

We started our Real-time Mint Tin series with Brace for Impact! in 2017 on Kickstarter. We extended the series with our second installment, 11:59, which all of you made possible! We now have our third installment, Fiefdoms!

Printed tin (rather than labels)

Fiefdoms is a frantic, real-time, medieval dice battler that requires quick thinking, dexterity and stamina. As a ruling Lord during a rather volatile medieval time, defend your Fief while gathering stone, mining gold, and destroying your enemy! With only a few but crucial components, Fiefdoms sets up in seconds, plays in minutes and satisfies your quest for domination.

We are trying something new with Fiefdoms this time around. Instead of a traditional Kickstarter campaign, we are running a Crowdsale on The Game Crafter. There are some unique perks to doing so:

1.) No matter how many people back, you are guaranteed to get the game!

2.) The more people who back, the cheaper the game becomes for everyone!

3.) Production time is measured in weeks, not months!

Crowdsales do differ from Kickstarters in other ways too. Everyone pays real-time shipping rates based on location which means shipping is not included in the game's price. Also, Crowdsales do not have stretch goals. However, you can think of the reductions in prices as stretch goals.

Fiefdoms Crowdsale!

We've designed the campaign to be quick, with only a 14-day backing window. What's also great about this campaign is that if you have been eyeing any other games at The Game Crafter, you can bundle the sale to save on shipping!

We think Fiefdoms is an awesome third installment to our Real-time Mint Tine line of games. We think you will enjoy it. If you want a copy, head on over to the crowdsale and pledge today!

Galaxy Dice is Live!
about 4 years ago – Wed, Mar 11, 2020 at 02:34:02 AM

Hello Backers!

Back in October I mentioned we signed our first game and that I would send a final update when it launched. We've been working hard behind the scenes with David Sheppard and I am proud to announce that Galaxy Dice is now live on Kickstarter!

Check out Galaxy Dice!

Galaxy Dice is an award-winning, 1-4 player, press-your-luck dice game that captures the tense, rapid-fire vertical arcade shooters of the 1980s. Using your newly crafted XJ-203 starfighter, roll the dice to fire your weapons, complete enemy stages, and tackle challenging boss battles! Use game tokens to give you that extra edge, or try a myriad of exciting game modes to intensify the action!

The base game has everything you need to defend the Galaxy. With a variety of stages and bosses and 9 custom dice, take on the Nexus and become the best pilot in the fleet!

Yes, there is an awesome SOLO mode so you can play this game anytime, anywhere!

We even have a Deluxe version with some awesome expansions and METAL GAME TOKENS!!!

Check out the campaign page at www.galaxydice.com and consider backing if it seems like your kind of game! One of our reviewers provided this awesome action shot of Galaxy Dice! There is a plethora of content to make sure no two games are the same! There are a ton of great add-ons too, like a custom playmat and custom wooden Arcade cabinet box!

If there are any lingering concerns about 11:59 please let us know. Happy Gaming and we hope you join us on this Galaxy Dice ride!

Final Check-in!
over 4 years ago – Sat, Oct 05, 2019 at 03:11:07 AM

Hello Backers!

I think it is fair to say that all backers should have received their games by now if they got their surveys in on time. There are a few of you that got your surveys in very late, and some of those pledges we haven't shipped yet.

If you haven't received your game yet please let us know so we can track down your package.

We also would like to tell you that we have signed our very first game and have officially become publishers (well, for someone else's game design)!

I hate spam so we won't send another update until close to launch, and we will only send one update. If you want more updates, be sure to follow us on Facebook and Twitter.

Until next time,

Chris and the Rampage Games Team

Checking In!
over 4 years ago – Thu, Sep 12, 2019 at 01:51:05 AM

Hello Backers!

I figured I'd check in. According to Backerkit, 404 packages have been delivered. Most if not all (pretty sure all) domestic orders have been delivered. If you provided a US address and have not received your pledge, please contact us.

A lot of international backers have received their pledges, however about 25 of you still haven't received them. Please check with your local Post Office. It's possible they may be holding your packages.

I'll check in a few weeks from now when everything should be delivered so we can sort out any missing packages. If any of you have any questions please let us know! I hope you all are enjoying 11:59!

Until next time,

Chris and the Rampage Games Team

SHIPPING COMPLETE!!!
over 4 years ago – Wed, Aug 21, 2019 at 02:42:07 AM

Hello Backers!

The moment you all have been waiting for! All packages have been packed and "shipped"! Why the quotes? We moved back the USPS pickup to 10AM tomorrow morning since we had a feeling we could get every order complete by tonight. We did just that. All 428 packages are piled and ready to be picked up!

All international packages are on the futon. Everything else is stacked against the wall or under the table!

Last call shout out to the backers who have gone dark - 13 of you haven't filled out your surveys. 3 of you that have filled out your surveys have declined cards. We can't get you your games until you fix those issues, and we aren't going to wait around forever.

It's been a true pleasure running this campaign with all of you. Please let me know if you have questions. Domestic packages should take about a week to arrive. International packages can take up to a month.

I'll check back in in a few weeks.

Until next time,

Chris, Amanda, Nick, Steve and Tim
